120 nights of trial sleep

A new mattress, topper, boxspring, or even sleep textiles always takes some time to get used to. Simply lying on a mattress or boxspring for a few minutes in a busy and brightly lit store won't let you know if it's the right one for you. At Tuur, you have 120 nights to try out our products in the comfort of your own home. 

We advise you to give your body about 14 days to adjust to your new sleep configuration. During this period, experiencing back, shoulder, and muscle pain is perfectly normal and possible. If after 14 days you're still not relieved of your pain or other discomforts, please definitely contact us. We're happy to look into the cause with you and see if we can find a solution. 

If we can't figure it out or if you just want to return the product immediately? Then we'll pick up your mattress, topper, and/or boxspring for free or provide a return label so you can return the product free of charge, after which you will receive the full purchase amount back on your original payment method.
