Shipping and returns

Done with waiting for weeks for a new mattress, topper, or sleep accessory. Tuur® delivers it quickly and carefree. If you order on weekdays before 12 pm, you often enjoy your Tuur® order the very next working day. Our deliveries are made via PostNL, PostNL Extra@Home (for mattresses in Belgium & the Netherlands and box springs in Belgium) and Jos Dusseldorp (for box springs in the Netherlands).

How are the Tuur® Products shipped?

Mattresses

The Tuur® mattresses are delivered in an ecological box and installed for free at your place by our delivery partner PostNL Extra@Home. Only just before shipment in our warehouse is the mattress rolled up and vacuum-sealed. As a result, you receive a mattress that has not experienced any quality loss due to being rolled up for weeks or even months. 

In addition, if desired, they can also take away your old mattress. This recycling service costs €29.95. *Not available in Germany

Boxsprings

When your boxspring is ready for shipment, we will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Our technicians ensure that your boxspring is assembled free of charge. In Belgium, this service is provided by PostNL Extra@Home. In the Netherlands, Jos Dusseldorp takes care of the delivery and assembly. 

Additionally, if desired, they can also take back your old bed and/or mattress. This recycling service costs €29.95. *Not available in Germany

Toppers, pillows and accessories

The toppers, pillows, duvets, bridge of love, and textiles are shipped in an ecological box. The shipping is free and is delivered by PostNL.

Bedframe

The Tuur® Bedframe will be delivered to the correct room for you. The mattress will be unpacked by our delivery team. The bedframe is not installed, but it can easily be assembled. Please allow approximately one hour for assembly.

How do I return (part of) my order?


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are always ready to assist you in finding the right solution. The perfect night's sleep is something very personal, and we would love to guide you properly in achieving it. Often, the cause of a poorly fitting mattress or topper is due to external factors. We are eager to investigate this with you. If we still can't resolve it, or if you are certain of your decision and just wish to return the item, we will follow the below return conditions and procedures:

Mattresses


On our mattresses, we offer a 120-day trial period, starting from the moment of delivery. Contact us via email to request your return and to use our free return service. We will then send you a link to the PostNL Extra@Home collection calendar. There, you can schedule a pickup date. PostNL will then pick up your mattress for free, even if it has been unpacked. 

Legally, you also have the right to return your mattress yourself within the 120 days without prior notice. In this case, you will bear the return costs.  We will refund the full purchase amount (including any shipping and payment fees) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal. 

However, we may wait to refund until we have received the products, or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them back.

Boxspring


On our box springs, we offer a reflection period, a trial sleep, of 120 days. This 120-day period starts from the moment of delivery. Please contact us via email to request your return and make use of our free return service. After processing your return request, we will contact you to schedule a pick-up time. You also have the legal right to return your box spring yourself within the 120 days without prior notice. In this case, you bear the return costs yourself.  

We will refund the full purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) as quickly as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal. 

However, we may wait to refund until we have received the products, or until you have shown that you have sent them.

All other products


For all other products, a reflection period of 120 days also applies. These 120 days begin from the moment of delivery. Contact us via email to request your return and to use our free return service. We will then send you a return label with which you can send the article back for free. 

You also have the legal right to return your product yourself within the 120 days without prior notification. In this case, you bear the return costs yourself.  We will refund the entire purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) as quickly as possible, but at the latest within 14 days after receiving the notice of cancellation. 

However, we can wait with the refund until we have received the products, or until the moment you have demonstrated that you have sent them back.
