Complaints
A complaint about our products or services can be filed in writing with Tuur by sending an email to service@tuursleep.com. We will respond substantively within 7 days of receiving your complaint. Customer satisfaction is an absolute priority for us. Still not satisfied with how your complaint was handled or can't we resolve it together? Are you not satisfied with the resolution of your complaint? Then you can submit it to the Disputes Committee Thuiswinkel, P.O. Box 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague (www.sgc.nl). You can also submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
